Business Assistant
Location: Wuhan
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
What you’ll do:- Assist in cross-border trade operations, including order follow-up and customer communication
- Manage daily data entry, sales report analysis, and document organization
- Support team with account health maintenance and feedback handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business workflows
Requirements:
- CET-4 or above is mandatory (strong English written & verbal skills)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
- Basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing
- Proficiency in AI tools is a preferred qualification

Social Media & E-commerce Content Specialist
Location: Wuhan
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
What you’ll do:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) with engaging content
- Create and optimize product copy & visuals for our independent website
- Analyze performance data to refine content strategies
- Collaborate with the team to drive brand awareness and sales
Requirements:
- CET-4 or above is mandatory (excellent English writing skills for global audiences)
- Familiarity with social media trends and SEO basics
- Basic design skills (Canva/PS) and data analysis abilities are a plus
- Proactive learner with a creative mindset
- Proficiency in AI tools is a preferred qualification
